Why Agile?

Agile is not new to most organizations. Nor is it considered a silver bullet to making organizations more effective and efficient. But it does have benefits and they need to be considered. Most organizations are not completely transitioning over to agile. The majority are incorporating a blended approach with some projects being solely waterfall in nature, some following agile strict and proper, and then a majority blended.
